He gave my taxi directions to some hotel. I was already sketchy because the location on the map on thai website is not where the hotel is. Actually, the map on this location has no hotels in it which is why I was surprised. 」

「The manager double booked our accom Then was very rude and aggressive towards us tried move us to jimbaran on the other side of the island We had to leave and find book and pay for another villa a very stressful time for my self and my wife not what we needed for our vacation!」

「Great stay- best in Kuta for the money. A little rare gem tucked away in the back of an alleyway. Close to bars and restaurants but quiet and SPACIOUS! I was so surprised by the Japanese style construction of the room, its big and has unique accents that made it stylish. The bed is nice and the bathroom is big too. I've traveled all over SE Asia, and the air conditioning here is the best I've ever had. Maybe a funny comment but it REALLY matters when the humidity is above 80% and you feel cooked...

「服務人員十分友善，幫我們換成了雙人床的房間。飯店位置離烏布市場不遠，交通便利。房間整潔。缺點就是隔音效果不佳，隔壁房間使用馬克杯的碰撞聲都能聽見，隱私程度稍微差了點。」

「距離semiyak village滿近的，走路8分鐘左右可以逛seminyak street ，飯店的餐也不貴，可以room service也是一種享受，泳池的隱私性不錯，享受兩人世界也不用擔心別人看到，非常推薦來住宿。」

「我們7/26-7/29入住，房型是111、三大房 剛進房覺得還好 結果看到廚房用具整個傻眼 廚具比我家裡要淘汰的廚具還要舊 房間的吹風機第一晚再幫孩子吹時就覺得好像要解體 不料同行友人再幫孩子吹頭髮時 竟解體爆裂 整個燒焦 還黏在手上 幸好孩子即時把媽媽手上的吹風機打落 但也因此被電到 220伏特的電導致大人的手整個麻掉還燒焦 當下我們去櫃檯詢問 櫃檯不但沒有關心情況 只一直問 是不是我們的手是濕的在吹頭髮 。吹頭髮 手上當然有濕氣 但不是很濕的情況 正常下不應該會這樣 而且處理事情的方法也令人失望 。我們住3晚3房5萬多的房型 。這次真的有嚇到 下次絕對不會再考慮他們旗下的任何一間飯店」
