"La Siesta Premium Hang Be was the best hotel we stayed at in Hanoi. After our trip to another part of Vietnam we stayed at a different hotel when we came back to Hanoi. We wish we would have stayed at La Siesta Hang Be again. The service/staff members were amazing. The complimentary breakfast was the best we had during our time around Vietnam. "This is a new property. It is attached to the fabulous Lotte mall so you don't even have to go outside to go to the mall. The roof top bar and infinity pool are superb. Our room on 20th floor with a balcony offered a fabulous view of West Lake and privacy. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a minor problem with the sliding glass door to the balcony making wind noise one evening and the building team immediately fixed it.
