We did enjoy this little Cruise but were disappointed that we turned around and went back the same way, this was my fault as I did not research this trip enough, there was not a great deal of commentary about the buildings we passed and maybe the longer cruise trips would have been better. We did not have a meal but were offered refreshments and snacks.

Its nice activity to do in Vienna. Its perfect for the 75min cruise, you dont need more time. You pay extra for the coffee or snacks (not included)

If you are looking for a cruise with views of the city I would look elsewhere as there is absolutely nothing to see while aboard this boat, apart from the plentiful graffiti along the canal sides. We choose not to have the lunch option and were grateful for this as people who did were only served on the return journey of the loop leaving them little time to enjoy and finish their food before disembarking. On the positive side the boat, crew and facilities were quite good.

I enjoyed the boat trip itself and we had the strudel and hot drink added to our ticket. I felt it wasn't a scenic tour a lot of houses and flats at either side, I didn't expect that to be honest. The boat was lovely and smooth and the staff were helpful and friendly. A relaxing 1.5 hours.

The Vienna City Cruise was a nice, relaxing activity in the middle of a busy tourist day. This is a great way to see the city.

The boat cruise was pleasant however the audio guide was poor. Unfortunately there was limited information provided over a tannoy. Staff were helpful.

This trip was a total waste of money, the sights were of graffiti and concrete. We were only in the Danube canal not reaching the river! The was little to no commentary (probably as there were little to no sights). The only saving grace was that the sun was out - DO NOT BOTHER
