AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not book with this company. They provided ambiguous meeting point details and failed to answer the phone when we tried calling multiple times for help as we were at the pick up spot but couldn’t find the guide as there were over 12 different coaches with hundreds of people. Despite arriving 20mins early the coach left without us and we were still charged. Save your money and book through ‘klook’ which is a fraction of the price and can be used over 2 days. We recently discovered our friends visited a few weeks ago had a similar experience and people at our hotel who did make the coach reported how much of a tourist trap it is. You are rushed through the most enjoyable parts of hakone and they almost didn’t get a chance to go on the cable car because you are forced to move on and spend 3 hours shopping. Leaving insufficient time to enjoy the onsen or spectacular views. They have been deleting reviews because no-one in their right mind would recommend this.
