We got on the road to Jungfraujoch when the tour operators knew it would be closed because of the high winds. Underway we were given two poor choices. At alternate stops, untrained guide left us on our own to walk wet and cold in the snow, so that he could work on hiring and completing paperwork for 2 new guides who came along for the ride. The “guide” Adolfo kept telling us how nicely everything had turned out and dismissing comments and complaints. At the Plan B stop he told us to go play with the snow!! There was only one child on the tour. The Plan B also called for a another visit to the Christmas market in Interlaken; it was closed. We were told to walk around until departure time. Conclusion: Poor organization; $330 for transportation. Guide info: Bern is the capital and Switzerland is known for chocolate and cheese. We felt so sorry for Elias the driver who against odds brought us back safe. It was treacherous; he was shaken when we got to the bus station. Cancel!!!!

We had an excellent tour, driver (didn’t catch his name) and guide, Gallus. Tour was well organized and with interesting and useful commentary from Gallus throughout. It was really nice and easy/stress free to be able to travel all means of transport up (cable car, train) and down (train, cog train down the mountain. The tour hit the key attractions we wanted and made for an amazing day. Gallus was really attentive to everyone needs (including logistics), important facts about areas, sites, history and picture. We had a fantastic trip and recommend this tour for others to experience.

This was a memorable experience! Fantastic views plenty of activities for adults and kids. Glad I brought my winter jacket it was snowing a bit up top! Absolutely loved everything about this place. The only thing I would say is the boarding train staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful. There are many people on these tours therefore you can get a bit turned around I was told I should've been staying with my tour guide when we were entering the boarding section for the train. The staff should be more friendly and understanding of this and just could've directed me the correct way instead of making snide comments. Otherwise great experience highly recommend this trip for solo or family.
