I loved how detailed and how passionate our guide was about the culture. Overall, a great experience. My domestic flight seamless, no issues with Transportation. The Pick Up and drops off site easy and smooth, for the most part, everything was in a timely fashion. Loved the small intimate group. Our driver was great and safe and the flow of the tour was just right.

the pickup and instructions for the trip were quite smooth and clear. the trip in itself was also good but it felt a bit too rushed. the tour started effectively around 10am or later and was over by 4:30pm. however, we had to wait until 5:30 pm for the airport transfer to kayseri. the worst part of the trip was handling the drop off transfers from the Istanbul airport to respective hotels. the team seemed clueless and we had to wait for about an hour to get our return cab, which was painful, considering we had been up since 3:30 am the same day to catch the early morning flight. ideally the tour should have started a bit late and ended by 5:30 pm or even 6 pm if we were getting the 8:30pm flight anyway and the tour guide could probably not rush through things as much and be a bit more invested. 4:30 pm to 11:30pm was effectively all logistics which can be optimised much much better.
