Very friendly staff always willing to assist. The valet helped with our luggage across the block as the street was closed off for cars due to night market.

Great little area there with a few little restaurants but not very big. You will need a taxi to see anything other than the resort. The room was really nice. The people were great. Food was really good. Staff was great.

Staff was incredible. Made us feel so special and welcome and were so helpful in helping with all our requests. My wife also wasn't feeling well on the last couple of day and they were so sweet with trying to find solutions to help her be comfortable. We would return again as we appreciated their service so much. We ended up staying in the ocean suite and was a huge beautiful room! They also were so quick at room clean up and keeping our towels fresh. A true 5*

Since our arrival until our check out, our time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co has been fabulous. The only negative is that we stayed for only 5 nights. I wish it could have been more. Our lagoon view villa was beautiful, designed in a traditional style. Our preference over a large scale hotel resort. We had the use of bicycles for our stay which was perfect for getting around the complex. Lovely little paths and pretty lantern lit bridges to cycle or walk through. We ate in all the restaurants over the course of our stay and also tried out Rice Bowl next door in the Angsana hotel. Every meal was delicious with exceptional service. We had what’s app chat with our own villa host which felt personal. We enjoyed the beach with stunning sea views. Staff there would bring us complementary sorbet, water and snacks each day. We also enjoyed a couples massage in the spa. Another lovely experience. I have to say the staff really made the difference. Stand out service, smiles and hellos from everyone. We have stayed in lovely resorts in the past but the Bayan Tree Lang Co truly stands out. Would love to return.

I have nothing but great things to say about this property and its staff. The property is beautiful, clean and has multiple amenities and activities. The staff is wonderful, attentive and accomadating. A special thanks to Hien, Y and the chefs.

Perfectly located in the middle of it all. Go north and you can safari. Go south and you can go to the water park. Use grab taxi to make sure you are getting the right costs. The hotel is fantastic, endless breakfast Buffett. The room service is exceptional, with all The good food offerings of local And western food types. The big control is very good, this area being as hot and humid all year round has tropical byproducts, and there are very little mosquitos to deal with. The pool is a salt water pool, it is very clean. The restaurants are very large and accommodate a lot of people. The walking area is vast with a very neat park system. They have bicycles that are free to use for guests from 7am to 5pm and it helps see the area much easier, however , the more you travel via grab taxi around the island you realize that there is so much brand new construction and empty land not being utilized yet. The southern part of the island where the 8 km cable car and waterpark is located is going to be phenomenal once they are done building it.
