"Nice hotel! Incredible customer service! Comfortable bed. You can tell the property is aging a bit from the carpet in the room and some other small details too. But still a good hotel. The little grey chair/sofa in the room is definitely not a comfortable place to sit though. There is a service self machine for tiny lattes, mochas, and hot chocolates in the lobby but it would be great to have just regular coffee available also. The walkable option to purchase a coffee feel a bit far for early...

"Spacious and class"

"The hotel room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately our room didn’t have an open window so it was difficult to tell the time of day without any natural light. Other rooms do have windows so I wish this was known ahead of time. While we were there, a big earthquake in Taiwan hit. Since we were in the 11th floor, the building swayed quite a bit. Fortunately nothing bad happened and we continued our stay. It was very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on the quality bed and pillow. "
