「The apartment is exactly as pictured. Great location but it is noisy in the evening as it is in the heart of the restaurant/bar scene. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but there is no coffee maker. There is a toaster, kettle, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher and fridge. The bathroom is large but the shower head is at waist height. The bed is firm. 」

「Property was perfect we walked everywhere ,restaurants were in abundance . The apartment was great size plenty of room for us . It was an enjoyable couple of days . Would highly recommend.」

「Owner did not respond immediately and I didn't know how to get into the apartment causing me to panic. Also, it is on the 4th floor but the lights do not turn on automatically in the hall and stairs. The first night I had to use my phone to see up the stairs. There is a light at the bottom but the first day I didn't see it. Other places the lights have motion censors in the stairways.」

「This was a charming studio that was well equipped and had a very firm but surprisingly comfortable bed. The tram runs right past the apartment but didn't keep us awake. It's an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and old town. Highly recommend it and Ivana is lovely and easy to work with as a host. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Black 49. When we arrived, I realised that we had not been provided with check-in instructions, however this was quickly fixed by contacting the property manager. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and I was happy to find that there is an elevator in the building. The room was large and clean with a kitchen, large fridge, washing machine, dining table, and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and it was a comfortable and welcoming space to relax...

「Graffiti on the door , floors are loose , toilet seat shakes , ac is only in the hallway . Property is on a busy street and a sketchy neighborhood. Else checked out early . They need a fill Reno . Informed happy rentals .. 」
