There was nothing outstanding about the rooms, and I wasn’t happy with the cigarette ashes under the bed and the smoke smell in our ‘no smoking’ room. "Really nice quaint quiet place to stay - we didn’t drive so relied on limited transport services (which ran on time) so had to plan around these times. Understandably being on a mountain, dining options are fairly limited. Very friendly and helpful staff! Overall recommend for a good relaxing getaway from your everyday life! "

There is 30-40 minute walking distance from bus stop, the owner drives a Mercedes to pickup guests. Room is very clean, bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast is free. Dinner is Japanese style hot pot only."

"房間舒適，還有精油噴霧在房間可以使用，洗澡可以搭配紅檜製成的肥皂。有提供一次免費的扁柏精油泡腳約半小時，很放鬆。戶外有水池及許多植物可以觀賞。有五六隻的鴨子會出來水池玩水，看起來有點兇。早餐有好吃的雞肉起司烤餅及生菜水果一人一份，吃不飽也有烤土司加抹醬還有黑咖啡跟豆漿喝到飽。除了早餐之外沒有其他餐點，要尋找周遭餐廳使用午晚餐。唯一缺點就是戶外因為植物比較多會有蚊子，但房間裡面完全沒有蚊蟲，也有附上捕蚊燈可以使用。住宿裡有提供停車位。建議：房間洗澡處的蓮蓬頭可以換成可調整角度的，因為蓮蓬頭打開時水柱的沖力很強，可能容易把置物架上的毛巾及衣物噴濕。整體舒適放鬆舒壓，下次一定會再入住。推推！"

"The property is half way to the top of the mountain, so about an hour's driving from Jiaye. The suite we stay has two bedrooms, a shared washroom with two bidet toilets and a large shower. It also has a large living room and an open tea room that can be converted into a bed room. The suite is clean and very comfortable to stay for a family. The staffs were very friendly. One of the attractions of Alisan is sunrise, you can enjoy a cup of Alisan's green tea in their lounge at the sixth floor....

Staff was helpful and provided recommendations for touring the lake and food options. The rooms were Totoro-themed and spacious. Sound-proofing was not the best, but sufficient for a good rest. "
