「Le bandb est dans un quartier très populaire mais sans problème. La chambre est très simple et le petit déjeuner aussi. La décoration est très sympa. On est en immersion. Il faut une voiture pour se rendre au centre et à la plage de puerto morelos. Par contre c'est pas loin de la route principale qui va de cancun à playa del carmen. 「Mucho olor a humedad en la habitacion sobre todo en el closet; el piso en la regadera estaba manchado y daba apariencia de falta de limpieza aunque no fuera así y el colchon podria mejorarse (no estaba acojinable). Por lo que respecta a areas comunes todo bien cuidado. 」

「The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
