"My room is a bit cold and the thermostat doesn't seem to be budging. I had to get another blanket Also there's no clock by the bed. I like to be able to wake up in middle of the night and see what time it is I had chicken quesadillas at your restaurant and they were fabulous!"

"They should keep rolls of quarters behind desk so if like me and want to do laundry they would have them. Like a laundromat. When they did the renovations on the upper floors they should have also upgraded the bathrooms but didn't, which has been noticed by other guests too. The Place is always clean, the cleaning staff does a very good job, the rooms, vacuuming the carpets, washing the the front entrance of hotel. the only litter i see is from sloppy guests."
