"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests. We enjoyed the restaurants and the property thoroughly with the only exception of a very bad smell in one of the rooms that got worse during our stay. We informed the front desk of the issue, and they apologized, but we were checking out, so there was nothing that could be done. Strangely the hotel hallways and elevator corridors...

The place was always clean and very close to multiple forms of transportations. My only bone to pick was that I couldn't control the air conditioning. "A few steps up a short dead-end alley by the HOTEL NOBLE sign, and the unlocked double glass doors leads 2 steps to a self-service kiosk, oh no!!!! I'm completely lost!
