"Except for being next to a hospital and the noise and traffic associated with it, it is in a very convenient location with access to many restaurants and Hanoi’s old quarters. Be sure ti ask for a high-level floor to minimize the road noise. Hotel is a bit dated but is still very good with very helpful and courteous staff. "

"Very nice and convinient stay, convenient store, restaurant and atm machines are just with in the building of the hotel, a big plus for any traveller and tourist like us. We reserved the 2 bedroom executive, big bed rooms, big sala, 2 toilet and bath. Kitchen also has complete utencils and kitchen equipments, you can easily cook your own food. "Our stay at La Nueva was exceptional! The entire staff made our stay, from greeting us outside the front door when we arrived to tea and snacks as we checked in. Friendly, so helpful and kind, and extremely accommodating! The food was excellent and the Sky Bar was beautiful. The wait staff felt like friends. The property was lovely and the rooms were just the right size plus had a great bathroom and shower. They arranged cars for us, had my son’s suit dry cleaned in a day, and even packed a breakfast for an early morning flight. Have never had such incredible service at a hotel and could tell they loved their jobs and working with guests from all over the world. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and look forward to going back someday. Thank you Jimmy and everyone there for making the trip for our son’s wedding practically perfect! "

"Beautifully and tastefully decorated boutique hotel with a perfect location next to the Cathedral, in the heart of the old quarter and within walking distance to most attractions. A wonderful breakfast and flawless customer care. Ken &Jack went above and beyond to help us with all details for our stay from airport transfers to tours and even assisting us with our next stay.
