「The rooftop pool was the highlight of our PV visit - we could've spent our entire vacation there. The property is on a busy street but we managed to get around on foot very well - location is central to lots of things around. There was some construction noise from the buildings nearby when we were out on the terrace but that's city living! Maxwell Staff was exceptional throughout. The Pool Bar staff was awesome. (The Valet/Front Desk staff could use some customer service help.) We'll definitely...

「We absolutely loved staying at this amazing property. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The maintenance guy was amazing, so sorry I didn't get his name. We had a hot water issue and he resolved it quickly and checked in with us. Getting chairs and an umbrella at the beach wasn't always accessible. My suggestion would be to set up three areas every morning knowing your guests will use them without having to request that service. 」

At first, I booked it for two nights because I wanted to see how the service was, but it exceeded all my expectations, and I decided to extend my stay while I was in Puerto Vallarta. It’s a bit noisy, so keep that in mind. The penthouse restaurant was very enjoyable. The pool is small and cold, but you can still do laps. great deal for the money. I would stay again 」
