「it fulfilled the basic requirements for a short trip, and very convenient to the city」

「The property was somewhat quirky, but in the ideal location to stay over while visiting the area for motocross. The owners were friendly and welcoming on arrival and at breakfast. One of the only things I can really pick a fault with is there was a really strong stale smoke smell in the bathroom which did hit you when opening the bathroom door, so could do with a freshen up and maybe an air freshener in there. 「This is a lovely thoughtfully styled hotel. The staff are all genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Decent water pressure in the shower. Generous supply of tea/coffee in room. Variety of tasty options on the dinner menu. The Full English Breakfast is a must have. Good central location for sightseeing. Would highly recommend and definitely would return. 」

「My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. We got the third level room and it was nice and served its purpose. My only complaint with the room was that the bathroom absolutely reeked of mold. Other than that, the location was great, very walkable, and we enjoyed our stay (other than the terrible mold smell). 」
