「The room i booked on Expedia was a Premier Room, 1 Bedroom. The room displayed on the website is with a spacious layout and modern decor. However, upon check-in, I was allocated a room that significantly deviated from the display in terms of quality and layout. Upon my protest, the hotel reluctantly switched me to a room with the desired layout, claiming that such rooms are usually reserved for long-term guests and thus were not earlier offered to me (but that's what shown on the Expedia website...

「This is by far the best stay I've had in Shanghai. It truly feels just like home – the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from cooking utensils to a washing machine. The heating is wonderfully warm, and the hot water comes up to temperature super quickly, making it easy to get the perfect shower. 「A beautiful hotel, love the balcony and the bed is very comfortable. Staffs were nice and helpful. However, the room cleaning could be improve a lot, the floor with a lot stains was a bit disappointed at such room rate. And probably the hotel is too new, most taxi driver couldn’t find the hotel from local map App. 」

「Great find. The staff was nice and a selling point for me was that the train station was right around the corner. Because the hotel wasn't city center but really close to it it was nice and quit at night. The only two things i wasn't a fan of where that the walls are quit thin. I could here that my neighbor had the tendency to drink 2 glasses of water at midnight :). And the bed was a little bit to hard for my back. But all in all, i would come back. 」
