The Palace is on the lake surrounded by water. The architecture is absolutely beautiful. Went there on a Sunday afternoon at it was close, but I know that there is a restaurant inside. This gothic style church is absolutely gorgeous and was completed sometime between 1899-1910. It is easy to see the church from around the city because of the iconic steeples. The architecute, detail work, stained glass, and reliefs inside the church are truly works of art. A must see church in Yangon. Women must wear long pants or skirt to enter. Visitor hours are between 2-5pm and sometime in the morning on days there are not services.
