"We stayed this hotel for two nights in the hot summer and worried it’s AC and noises. However, everything was cool. The staff were so friendly, they were willing to help us whenever they could. Particularly thanks to Winnie and all the receptionists, they’re professional and warm. The food in the restaurant was adequate and tasty. There are plenty eateries nearby. "We stayed for two weeks November 2023 and we stayed in the executive suite and it was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet and the service was amazing! If you plan to stay for more than a few days i highly recommend the executive suite (worth it). There is a lounge with complimentary breakfast, snacks/dessert and coffee. It was really comfortable."

"CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. The walls have cracks and damage. Staff were also not super friendly. No one ever smiles at this hotel. PROS: very comfortable bed. Room is very quiet and black out blinds work great. Central location close to shopping and the university. Hotel and surrounding area felt very safe even at night."
