"Negative: though not the hotel’s fault but something to keep in mind. Some of the hotel guests can be a bit rude and self centered. "Wonderful hotel, room was large and had great views. In the new modern part of Suzhou. The staff was very helpful especially Gavin the concierge. He way out of his way to help us navigate Suzhou. Also has plenty of restaurants near by. I have to call out the beauty of this part of town, "
