"First off, the property is beyond gorgeous and the staff was attentive and so kind. I was all set to leave a fantastic review about how peaceful and tranquil this oasis in the jungle was- BUT the serene and beautiful pool was overrun with loud groups (each had their own rap music speakers blasting) … I don’t know if they were daypass holders or guests but they ruined the atmosphere and I was disappointed the staff did nothing. "My room had the most gorgeous view of the ocean! Waking up to that sunrise was unbelievable. Other reviews say the road leading up to it was “terrible” this is untrue. "Great stay! Rooms were exactly as posted, they are not modern and show wear and tear but are very clean, spacious and well designed with a fantastic beachfront patio/eating area. "Lizbeth and the rest of the staff were welcoming, kind and so accommodating! I enjoyed one of the best massages I’ve had - thank you Luce! The rooms were clean and well stocked. "Amazing property, amazing property owner. Will book again! The tree house hammock was amazing. This was not a traditional hotel, but i expected that. It was a fair distance unpaved and off road (pot holes on the road, but it is all new construction) to get to the location from the front gateway area. The property was clean, quiet, and nicely put together. It is in the forest, you do have to remember to bring "off bug spray", and you have to know that other guests can hear you if you are too loud, but other than that the property was nice. The host was amazing and helped navigate us to Tulum city center and gave awesome recommendations for food. Overall 9 out of 10."

"Absolutely stunning hotel in the jungle with such peaceful vibes. It was extremely close to the Dos Onos Cenotes so I was able to check those out and do some horseback riding. The staff was also incredible and very friendly. I absolutely loved my experience here. "
