"We couldn’t stay our first night because we weren’t told that you had to check in before 7 pm. Yes, it was in fine print on the website but booking thru Expedia was the problem. Somehow, customers need to be notified of this in bold CAPITAL LETTERS print since it is not a normal expectation OR REQUIREMENT. We arrived after 7 pm and had to go pay to stay somewhere else which was frustrating and expensive. OTHERWISE, we loved the place "

"The 2 bedroom was great space for our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 teenagers). 2 bathrooms was a plus! Very clean. Definitely not a hotel feel at all (no restaurants, no daily cleaning), but we were fine with it. My only complaint would be the pull out couch/bed. It was so thin, and very uncomfortable. We used all the spare blankets to make it more tolerable for our daughter to sleep on it. Not sure how 2 people would sleep on that, unless they were smaller children. Despite that, we really...
