"We had dirty sheets. The microwave, in and around it was dirty and we had to wipe it out. The ac unit was dirty too in the vents we had to clean them. The area around the fridge was dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke due to the designated smoking area underneath the hotel so we had to spray disinfectant/deodorizing spray. It was the worse hotel experience ever! Bed was dipped and hard. TV cable connection was broken. The halls were dirty and sticky. The trash cans were over flowing...
