"Pristine hotel with modern rooms and super convenient location for BU & downtown. Stayed here for the annual “Waco Wild West” bicycle ride and couldn’t have been more pleased."

"The only thing that I had a problem with was that stay over rooms are only cleaned every other day and we were not informed when we checked in what days it was to be cleaned other than that everything was fine"

"The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The hotel was sold out but rooms very quiet and air conditioning worked well. Only negatives were that there was a strange smell in the living area of our room (smelled like stale lawn clippings) and we never had maid service for the 3 days of our stay."

"Need a deep clean. Toilet paper holder so rusty, sleeper sofa falling apart and carpeted baseboard was thumbtacked (but hanging off the wall. Just needs some updates, repairs and a good clean. I’ve stayed in better and worse but bed was comfy, no smells in the room and courteous service. "

"We had to walk up 4 steps to get to our room. The railing was broken and laying next to the building which made it very dangerous walking up these steps without anything to hold onto. All the other rooms had a railing. As senior citizens, it was a challenge to get our luggage up and down these steps and to walk up them ourselves. "
