「Very friendly staff. Very nice room. We frequent this hotel on our journeys because it is so nice, clean and convenient. Easy walk to Cracker Barrel. Pet friendly. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub.」

「This was a good place to stay with my family . Complimentary breakfast, heated indoor pool , and friendly service . The only hiccup I would say would be to check in on time if not your room can be mixed up and rebooked with someone else . The issue was corrected accordingly but it still made me uncertain with rebooking. Outside of this minor incident , I enjoyed my stay !」

「The young lady at the front desk was polite, helpful and efficient. She was working at the front desk checking people in, doing laundry in the back room, making coffee and trying to fix the online reservation system which was incorrectly showing no available rooms. I didn’t see or hear any other employees so I assume she was doing everything herself. She was doing a great job and handled everything smoothly. I have stayed at this Best Western 12 times during the past 5 years. The...
