Highgate Independent Woodmere hotels

"One thing I like about this hotel is that it is convenient to the theatres and Times Square. The hotel is safe but is in need of updating. The rooms are dated and the hallways need some TLC. The floor where my room was located, was just dingy. When I arrived at my room on the first night, there was a glass of half drank water sitting on the bathroom counter. Housekeeping does a good job of checking to see if fresh towels are needed or trash needs to be removed. Again, I only like this...

"What an amazing location. We were able to stay here for a great price during the off season. It was so close to everything that we were able to walk to Central Park, the Met, St.Patricks, the New York Public Library, Grand Central Terminal, the MOMA, the Chrysler Building and on and on. Everything else was a quick subway ride away. The room was clean and spacious and the lobby was beautiful and well appointed. "

"The Gregorian is our new favorite place to stay! The staff were all so wonderfully helpful and friendly! The room was a good size, the bathroom was great, and the mattresses were so comfortable. Will definitely be back next year!"

"Overall would recommend staying at the Arthouse! We loved the door holders and men who took care of our luggage needs. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Cafe and bar downstairs was wonderful. Only issue is that there was some miscommunication at the front desk. We asked for linen to be changed. They confirmed they would but it never happened. We were also told that we could do a late checkout by the front desk. Around 12 we went to checkout and they said our party was already checked...
