「The hotel was outstanding. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was construction on the property next door. Also, you could hear very clearly all of the other doors in the hallway. It was loud. All night. And the bed was a little harder than I prefer. But the convenience is fantastic. It’s very clean. The staff was excellent. The shower…omg…it was so fantastic. 」

「We were booked at a different hotel and when we got there we found out the hotel was in a horrible condition that we had to leave right away. Thankfully Hyatt Place had few available rooms. We were able to book the room and check in within less than 30 minutes. They were nice, welcoming, and made our stay comfortable. We weren't able to park in the garage for one night, and they took off the charge for that day. Thank you for everything! 」
