「Our stay was very pleasant. The room is a little outdated and could use small areas of maintenance but it was very clean and comfortable. No continental breakfast but there were well stocked vending machines. We would stay there again when we are in the area. Price point is very good if your not looking to stay at a 5 star hotel.」

「We came for the Iola car show. This home was perfect for our stay. The host should take new pictures because it’s much nicer than we thought. The home is spacious and had everything we needed. The hair supplied a variety of food for breakfast and plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Our room was small but had enough space for us and our clothing. The 2 other couples we met that shared the house were kind and cordial. And there are 2 bathrooms in between the bedrooms. We didn’t hear anyone...

「Very clean and nice. Convenient for my need. I was allowed to use the Wi fi in the lobby for work a couple of days earlier than my check in date —I had to come to town earlier due to an urgent family issue. I so appreciated this kindness because it helped make a stressful time a lot less stressful. 」

「I want everyone to know that this property has rectified the billing issue I had. I give them 10/10. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was more of an issue with the hotels.com website that it was with the University Inn. Hotels.com said the property was contacted about my issue. I have since found out this is not the case. Please disrgard my poor reviews as I was upset with hotels.com. Great place to stay. Great value!」
