"This hotel is very nice. The location can’t be beat. The hotel staff was very nice, some way more so than others. The valet staff was very nice and professional. The hotel is very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to the more “modern”hotels. The bathroom was very small. It did have a very nice shower though. "Our stay at The Lenox Hotel was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Back Bay, with easy access to the T, fantastic dining, and great shopping. The highlight was our cozy in-room fireplace, which made for an incredibly warm and inviting retreat on a chilly evening. The front desk staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpful recommendations. We can’t wait to return!"
