"Great stay and location close to wake forest. Our room was immaculate and Chrissy at the front desk was SO attentive and personable, we loved her! The beds were soft and comfortable and the reason I keep staying at doubletrees. A few reviews mentioned the parking lot, I have no idea why- the parking lot is safe, plenty of spaces, well lit and at no point did we ever feel remotely unsafe or bothered. The only negative we found was that the breakfast left much to be desired, I would save the $16 and instead go to Mama Zoe’s for great southern breakfast food. "

"I liked how the hotel was connected to the convention center and the discretion of the staff in addition to the excellent room cleaning. The only thing that I didn't like was how from the lobby to the 2nd and second floor to the fourth there were stairs in the main lounge area without stair to the third floor, It make more sense to me if there were stairs to the third floor if they already go to the fourth but that is a very minor qualm."

"My room was not the cleanest, but the facility is really nice and updated and there are restaurants and stores within minutes from the hotel so it’s really a great location. "
