「Steve at the registration counter was excellent. He was helping someone someone on the phone when I arrived. He went to the extreme to accommodate the needs of that person. The facility appears to be brand new. Clean, modern, comfortable. In 3 years the nicest hotel we've stayed in.」

When you pay thru any app out there they require to put a card on file for incidentals, last motel charged $1 that is supposed to fall off, this place charged $50? Already paid for the room mind you, then they tried to charge another $52.78 that my card luckily declined, it’s supposed to drop off and I’m still waiting. My question is why all this funny stuff?
