"Property was in top condition and we had a very comfortable stay for 4 days. Though it is slightly away from city centre it was well connected to the city centre which you could reach in 15-20mins. There are local grocery stores like Lidl and Inter Marché which was super convenient. "

I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. "It was definitely NOT soundproof. We could hear the muffled conversations of people in the room next door and a lot of noise from the street from people who had very much enjoyed the Christmas market gluhwein. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful. "

"The staff at City Residence Strasbourg was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. Room was clean and spacious and glad that it had a kitchenette. Location was within a 10-minute walk to the train station and five minutes to Place des Halles for all my grocery needs. Thank you again."

"Fantastic place. Beautiful. Great breakfast options. Close to everything but it’s a small town, not really difficult to walk. Big room and bathroom, loads of space. They had fresh flowers and a chocolate Santa for us our first night. The flowers lasted for our stay, the Santa not so much 😅"
