"We arrived around 10:30 after a long drive with our three young children. Then they said that they had NO RECORD of our reservation. I showed them my email from expedia and they said that they had NO ROOM. They found someone else and then called a manager. After nearly 40 minutes of wait, we finally got a room that seemed to be missing some furniture. It then took 15 minutes to get a cot for my youngest to sleep on. Breakfast and checkout were fine."

"The Hotel was very convenient for our three day weekend. If you’re touring the museums and historical sites this is perfect. Hagley, Winterthur, Brandywine arts museum and Longwood gardens are 20 minutes away. There’s plenty of restaurants around for what ever you’re looking for! We chose to go to an Italian restaurant in Chadds Ford! Also close by! "
