"Hotel was centrally located for Knott’s Berry farm so that was nice. Very nice ascetics to the hotel and very friendly staff. Only flaw's were upon check in, the hidden parking fee that was not disclosed prior to me making the reservation not after. Also, I guess there was an incident in the early hours of the morning to where everyone was supposed to evacuate but when I returned to the hotel where my family still remained, they were still in there run because the fire alarm didn’t go off for...

"The view was breathtaking, couldn’t have been better, the only complaint if I hace to say is that there was not drinking water in the room, which for the price is the least you expect, if you put coffee maker and coffee and cream, at least one bottle of water per guest."
