The check-in was friendly and efficient, and, most importantly, the resources I had mailed in advance of my stay (and arrived 12 days earlier) were assigned to my booking and bought to my room immediately after checking in. A small thing, but a huge fail by so many other hotels I’ve stayed in over the years. The room was clean, well laid out, with nice touches and quirky features. The addition of a kettle, fridge and a decent hairdryer...
