"It was definitely cozi. Just some little things. The water pressure was very low in the shower and faucet's. A large water puddle at entrance. And adding some bowls would be nice. The fire place remote did not work. The features such as the hot tub and comfortable bed were amazing. Thank you for the accommodations and communication. "

"The Coco Casita was cute and clean. The price we paid for the Eclipse stay was astronomical, but we waited until April to book. The regular price seems reasonable for a roomy one-bedroom, nicely and newly renovated. There is a Weber charcoal grill, but needs some grilling tools (at least tongs). The backyard fence has a few too many holes for privacy in the hottub, although there really isn't anyone around. The kitchenette is handy, though some dish soap for the dishes is needed. "We did not have hot water at this property. I contacted the rental company, Cozi vacations once an hour for several hours and they never came to resolve the issue. We ended up having to leave the next morning since there was still not hot water. They promised to refund me $150 for my trouble and still have not done that. I call them every day and am given the run around every time. Highly suggest not staying at this property or checking that they have hot water before you go."

"Customer support and local management were responsive and provided missing items. The cleanliness could have been better. Power outage during our stay and Cozi rentals said they would not give refund if we had to move somewhere else which is unacceptable, in my opinion. Fortunately, power came back after a few hours.
