"The amenities were far beyond what we expected. And our room was spectacular. Can't say enough good things."

"We loved the sports courts and the indoor pool. The property was nice and clean and well lit. The condo itself was super clean and seemed like new coats of paint and new flooring. The beds were comfortable and accommodated our family of 5 nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/bowls everything we needed. It was so nice to have the laundry unit in the stairwell. It was also so quiet we couldn’t hear it running from our unit. Overall it was a wonderful stay!"

"Everything about the hotel was good except one thing. When I went to use the pool there were…swim lessons taking place (and the hot tub was broken). Yes, swim lessons. Like someone not staying at the hotel was using the hotel to give swim lessons to a Towny. The one girl was roughly 1 years old and was screaming as loud as she could possibly scream to the point I had to leave. The front desk confirmed that external swim lessons were taking place (and they could not have cared less). So Hilton should probably remove the swimming pool as an amenity from their website. False advertising."

"This was my wife and myself 6th trip to Williamsburg. Previous 5 trips were with family and stayed at one the resorts outside of the park. This trip was just the two of us and stayed in the Chiswell-Bucktrout. Nicely modernized with a comfy queen bed/private bath with the ambience of an earlier time. Loved our stay. "
