"Enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, the main thing missing was wall plugs and the fridge could have been cooler. The location is quiet and we slept well. We had easy access to go outside, which was helpful since we had two dogs. Hot tub was great after a day hiking the Grand Canyon. It’s just an easy 20 minute walk to go to downtown Williams Route 66 for shops and restaurants. "

"The property did not offer easy access to keep the upkeeping in the room. I called 1 day and said they only accept request before 9am to have beds made, towels replenished, and trashed dumped. 2nd day I called and they told me that they don’t accept requests on Wednesdays. My stay was 3 nights it would have been nice for this to come automatically. knowing I was going to be there for a long period. I had to empty trash on my own and request for new towels they they left hanging on the door "

"This is a MOTEL quality, not hotel. Old, dirty, needs renovation. I've been to some rThey did NOT have my reservation. I had to call Expedia support and waited another hour so they can actually book a new reservation for me. Disappointed all around. "
