「We stayed here for 2 nights. The room is tidy and clean, the beds are quite comfortable. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the area is quiet and safe, and it is only a walk distance to the Washington Park. We had a pleasant stay!」

「The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars...

「The bedroom and bathroom of our suite were beautiful, clean and huge. Also, unusually good lighting in the rooms. The pullout sofa was old and very uncomfortable. One of the elevators was out of order during our stay which was kind of a pain. Older building so not much to do about that」

「The Harlow was nice once you got inside the hotel. The area around the property is sketchy. The hotel doors are all locked for obvious reasons so it was a little tricky getting in initially before I had my hotel key. Once inside, everyone was very friendly. Not sure what the hotel can do to fix this situation. 」

「Check in was good and informative. Area close to city transit train transfer to PDX. Ants were in bedroom and crawling all over in shared shower room. For the room amenities were great! Soap. Shampoo. Bathmat, towels and handcloths. No television, but not there to watch TV.」

「This was my first stay at the Kimpton Hotel Vintage Portland and it was a blast! I only stayed for one night, and parked in the parking garage across the street from the hotel. I brought my dog with me and the front desk people were so kind, gave her all the love and some treats too. They had a social hour from 5-6 that was cozy and the guests were kind too. Such a lovely property, would love to stay again!」
