"This is a new, modern and smart hotel with a restaurant. Everything was great except for the sleeping, which is pretty serious for a hotel! There is no air conditioning and the room was too hot to sleep well. Hard to imagine that this was not considered important during the design phase!!"

"Had a lovely stay and the outside of this hotel is very pretty. Was having a big extension built and in the morning, we were woken up by someone doing pipe or elctrical work above our room, not best pleased at 8.15am in the morning. Aside from this, the satff were lovely and we had a beautful dinner in the hotel restaurant, home made schnitzel - was delicious. Only used as a stop hotel on our way tot he Stelvio Pass so location was perfect"

"Though our Apple Maps had a hard time, finding this location, we got there right before they were about to go home for the night. We were surprised the next morning with a gorgeous breakfast spread. The house are wonderful and I even went home with a nice bottle opener, handmade by the proprietor."

"Single rooms may be very small and equipped with something like a couch than a full size bad. Breakfast is very simple - eggs, cheese, sliced ham/sausage, some bread. Not sure breakfast was worth its money. However the rooms were clean, relatively cheap and the city center was in walkable distance."

"Would highly recommend this hotel, it is in a wonderful location for many trekking trails in the area. The hotel itself is set back into the countryside, so it is very quiet. The breakfast was also very tasty, a good spread of cereals, yogurt, lunch meats, and bread and pastries. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the room was spacious"

"This is the worst place. Look like a mysterious place where no any receiption and nothing. Cottage was locked and a number was given outside for call. My driver helped me to speak in german language on given number and someone shared the code through which the key was available like a pepsi can or anything in vendor machine. "The service was friendly and welcoming. The room was not so good. Quite small. bed was comfortable. Shower was very small but with plenty of hot water. no refrigerator. poor amenities. In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. A Gem in the Black Forest

"Very nice hotel in the Black Forest. We had a balcony, which was nice since it was raining. We could still sit outside. Excellent breakfast. Nice indoor and outdoor pools, but the weather wasn't swimming weather when we were there so we couldn't try it. "
