"It is located on Church Street so you are literally right in the center of everything. There are a lot of homeless people there, but the property itself is safe. There is no parking on the premises, but it’s not too far away either. I would definitely stay here again "

"Truly lovely hotel. Pool is amazing. Very convenient location for shopping. The only drawbacks were the extreme firmness of the bed and the really noisy elevator announcements that go on all night. I had ear plugs so wasn’t overly bothered by the latter. Kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and the coffee machine is a lovely luxury. "

"Great clean and easy accessibility with great parking options. Night time noisy untill 3am at the weekend but to be expected with the location bieng at the end of Matthew street. Excellent hotel

"Brilliant hotel we were upgraded to a suite it was massive ,very nicely decorated, very clean .comfortable bed slept great. Bathroom spacious we didn’t use the bath but the shower was great twin sinks with plenty of shelving for products . Shower gel shampoo and conditioner were lovely. Tea and coffee station was very good and well stocked nice to have bottled water in the room ."

Beautiful Hotel - Highly Recommend

"Very clean, beautiful hotel room. Very spacious, comfortable bed. Turn down service was unexpected but a nice touch. Nice extra touches - bath salts and snacks. Decor of the room and hotel was gorgeous throughout. Breakfast was well set out and delicious. We had a drink in the Refuge bar too, which is stunning and relaxing. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite especially Sharon at Reception- fantastic customer service. Can’t fault anything- absolutely fabulous hotel. "
