「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. 「Absolutely loved our stay here. When i first arrived i thought the gentleman behind the bar was a little surly - when asked him about parking he said twice its all in the email - however because I booked through expedia i didnt get an email from the place. However, from there on everything was perfect. We had room 9 and the cleanliness was outstanding. Lovely little touches like bottled water, lovely coffee pods and beach towels. Extremely quiet too. Would definitely return.」

「We didn't like our 1st room,we had as it was very small and not what we expected. Reception was very kind allowed us to chose another room; which we did and it was much better. it was one we had chosen, we were only changed as it was thought we couldn't manage the stairs or the shower in the bath. everyone helped us change rooms and carried our luggage downstairs when we left.」
