"Excellent experience. Great location (wonderful dining options very close by), the property is attractive & well-maintained, & the staff were all exceptionally kind & attentive. I made good use of & appreciated the fitness center (the water dispenser in there is not adequate, though). The room was good (we liked the little “kitchen corner nook” & our city view). "Excellent hotel close to everything. ( Subway to 911 Memorial, Rockefeller plaza, Time Square, Central Park ect….). Only down fall of hotel no real breakfast items so had to get dressed to go out. I definitely would stay here again. Staff was excellent opened door every time we came back front desk upgraded my wife and to a King suite. Just real nice people in general. "
