"We arrived prior to checkin time and I needed to jump on a zoom call. Staff offered to set me up in a quiet spot but then they were able to get me in a room after all so I did my meeting and it was fantastic!"

"I attended a milestone high school reunion and stayed here along with 150 of us. The party was held in a banquet room on site. Everything was wonderful including food. My only concern is the removal of a manila folder with my trip info and a $100 Visa gift card I was planning to give to the organizer. I know I should’ve used the safe!!"

"There were cockroaches in my room, the room stunk, neighbors were very noisy at all hours of the night, in three weeks i only got the room swept after I requested. I tried to contact orbitz customer service to move to different hotel but the automated system kept going in circles and couldn’t get through to talk to a person. Extremely disappointed, will never use orbitz again"

"Omg, first we placed in the back, must be where the BLACK people are sent. Room was DISGUSTING. Next room 1st building with the white people. Never slept all night. Tenants above making noise. Called front desk he told me call 911 they dont listen to him. Found at least 5 roaches in room. "
