「The room faced Prospect St and Jame Ruse Dr which suddenly started to have some road works from late night till morning on the first night after we checked in. There was a lot of noisy hammering. Luckily the duty staff (Bevin) moved us to another room for some sleep and on the next morning, the manager found us another room facing a quieter street. 「Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite....

「Fantastic hotel, lovely room, great bed and very friendly staff. A well equipped gym and we loved the pool. It’s close to museums and Barangaroo with a ferry stop a few minutes away. We stayed four nights and free parking was included in what we felt was a very reasonable nightly rate. We’ll definitely be back.」
