"This is the best place to stay especially for first timers. First, the property is very clean, safe and staff are very friendly. You also get free breakfast, free coffee and a convenient parking area. The train station is also right next to the property so when we took the limousine bus from Haneda and got off Tatchikawa, to the train station is one straight ride 7 stops to the Fussa station. "The property is a bit tired but the staff are pleasant and doing the best they can with what they've got. Breakfast was Japanese style and pretty tastey. Not real close to the train station so if that's important then this might not be the best choice."

"Alway kind, helpful and accommodating each and every stay. More control for heating during winter would be nice. Rooms tend to be a bit to warm but floor fans are available. "

"Amazing to have a shuttle that takes you to the hotel directly from the airport. The hotel is attached to a shopping center/mall which is next to/attached to the train station so it is easy to get around. The selection of restaurants and stores is fine for a few days but may get boring for longer stays. Thankful that they had washing machines."

"Generous amenities, staff are polite and professional, airconditioning is centrally managed and set quite warm. Your options are off, low, medium, high and for airflow only, not temperature, so we turned it off and opened the window. Lots of scuffs on the wall but did not affect usability or comfort. Bed is very soft and slightly sags in the top half. "
