"The staff was lovely however the place needed a good vacuum and our room was pretty stained on the seating of chairs and benches making it look dirty. I also don’t appreciate having to pay a pet fee when my pet is fully potty trained and never left on her own without being Jen led. "

"We traveled with teenagers, and both rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was even nice and quiet, considering how busy it seemed. The housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly nice and professional. Having Perkins and the water park adjacent to the hotel was very convenient. The water park was super-busy, but the kids had fun."

"Our stay was excellent. We liked our room and the waterpark was lots of fun! The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, with quite a few options. The furniture in the room was worn and dirty and the pullout bed was very small and uncomfortable. With some furniture updates this hotel would be perfect! "
