"This is an older property that you can tell was super nice in it's day. There is some wear and tear but I loved the balcony over the pool, the breeze and how close it was to everything so much that I enjoyed every minute of the week I was there while having dental work. The staff is super nice and it was nice and quiet. Highly recommend - a great deal for the price. "

"I've stayed here for many years on my business trips to Havasu. This is the first time that the room has not been great. The flooring in the kitchen area is buckling from what appears to be water damage. The cable/direct TV in my room did not work. I attempted to get it to work myself thinking the cables were just loose but that didn't work. I checked in late so I didn't go down and see if someone could come fix the TV and I didn't want to switch rooms if they couldn't because I was exhausted....
