It ended up to be no big deal, but I usually bring a lot of toiletries and I like to have a place to put them near the bathroom sink. Otherwise, everything else was great."

"A lovely hotel. Steps from subway. Dining and shopping everywhere. Room was very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome gift. Bathroom was clean; looked like it had recently been retiled. Could have used soap at the sink instead of reaching to the shower for soap to wash your hands. Biggest issue was a lack of hot water. We addressed this at the front desk and received compensation."
