"I loved that our floor was quiet and it wasn’t overly crowded inside the casino. Although I selected a smoking room I would have loved more ventilation (only 1 of us smokes) I would love to see an upgrade to the bathroom rooms like spa showers. I didn’t like that there was only one elevator to get to the parking garage. This was our fourth time staying at the hotel and I’m sure we’ll be back!"

"I stayed in room 130. Before booking the hotel i had read the reviews and i saw they were mixed for the hotel and i didnt know what to expect. The area (West Memphis) is also an area i try to avoid but the rate on the room through expedia was just too good to turn down (I paid $48 total.) So i booked the room. Check in was quick. I was surprised i didnt have to show my credit card. I had called and checked in advance and i was told since i booked online all i had to show was my id. Good deal....
